An institutional site brings everyday movement, outdoor use, servicing and operational requirements together. Pacific helps project teams consider those relationships from early planning through coordinated technical inputs. We connect the precinct layout with landscape and civil work, supporting decisions about how proposed changes fit within the site and the infrastructure around it.

Our capabilities

Masterplanning

Compare precinct layouts, access, open space and infrastructure requirements around the facility’s objectives. The masterplan provides a coordinated direction and identifies dependencies for later development stages.

Landscape architecture

Shape outdoor spaces around circulation, gathering, planting and site conditions. We connect the landscape with adjoining buildings and infrastructure while considering ongoing use and care.

Civil engineering

Develop civil inputs for access, levels, earthworks and drainage. Coordination with planning and landscape helps the team address site interfaces as the design progresses.
